The staff of our dental practice are aware that a visit to the dentist is not an easy experience for most people. You will certainly have many questions concerning, among other things, the quality of our treatment or the equipment of our practice. Our aim is therefore to offer you a pleasant and trusting feel-good atmosphere in our practice.
Tips for new patients: Plan some time
- At the first appointment, we need important information and some documents from our new patients so that our dentist can prepare optimally for the treatment. If we accept you as a new patient in our practice, it is advisable that you arrive a few minutes early for the appointment. This will give you enough time to register with us and fill out the medical history form.
- At the first appointment, our dentist takes enough time to check your dental status as part of a comprehensive diagnosis. We take X-rays for this purpose. After all the necessary findings have been collected, our dentist will address your individual wishes and discuss possible treatment proposals with you. In general, we advise you to make regular appointments for professional oral hygiene with our practice.
Submission of important medical documents
Important medical documents concern information on regularly taken medication or possible allergies. If you have an X-ray passport, it is advisable that you also present this document for the first treatment in our practice. If you already have several implants or an implant passport, the document provides us with important information about the implants inserted or corresponding treatment data. In addition to presenting your health card/e-card for an e-prescription, you should also provide us with documents on supplementary dental insurance, if you have taken out such insurance.
